I never thought I would be where I am today. I mean I hoped & prayed I'd succeed, but I never thought it would be through entrepreneurship...

Just saying "entrepreneur" always made me associate being one, with high risk.

At the time, I was almost 30 & I couldn't afford to do that. I had chosen my path, I needed security for my wife & my kids on the way.

I felt like time was running out, and I had one last shot at creating a life that wasn't average, that wasn't just me working every day all day to provide even if I wasn't happy with my work.

When I first looked into real estate I was so overwhelmed with so many voices saying totally different strategies were all the "best" ones for someone in my position, with no tech skills or understanding of real estate.

For the first FIVE years I tried a few different ones...

Wholesaling, rentals, I even looked into multi-family & everything else, but EVERYTHING changed when I found this!

It almost sounded too good to be true. Didn't have to use my own money, cold call and low ball, do home repairs & renovations or manage any tenants - and still get paid every month?

But after my first deal, I started getting a check every month & I got hooked. It didn't take much work at all, just a repeatable process and a couple hours a day.

Since then, I've done hundreds of deals, I've built over $30k/month in NET passive income, and have a giant portfolio that I'm building equity in for the future & they pay me monthly for the next 30 years...

Then something happened that I never truly expected.

I was able to start living almost like a retired old couple... lol. We homeschool our kids, I hunt every season, have unlimited time with my wife & kids and every day feels like a vacation - almost.

We started to realize that we could now afford not just what we needed but now things we just wanted, not in a greedy or materialistic way, but it just feels so nice.

I know that God forbid, if anything happened to me that my family would always be taken care of.

Which made me realize that life is so darn short. At least on earth...

And most people spend their whole lives working to provide the life I now have, for other people while they make a fraction of what their work is worth. What your work is worth.

Maybe you don't hate your job - but don't you aspire for the day you no longer have to clock in & serve at the authority of someone else?

But why wait until retirement for that?

When you're too old to play with your kids, or get the most out of traveling with your spouse & enjoy the wonders of life while your body is in the best shape it will ever be in going forward.
